Terms of use
Last updated 25 October 2026
Bowl (bowl.chat) is run by Wenyuan Li, a sole trader in Canberra, Australia ("we"). By using Bowl you agree to these terms.
A research preview
Bowl is an experimental AI built on a new kind of brain-inspired language model. It can say things that are wrong, made up, incomplete or inappropriate. Do not rely on it for facts or for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
Using Bowl
Chatting is free. Please do not use Bowl for anything unlawful, to harm others, or to disrupt the service. The service runs on limited hardware, so it may be slow, busy or unavailable at times, and we may change it as we develop it.
Membership
A paid membership currently includes:
- priority when the service is busy;
- your conversation memory kept between visits, so Bowl can remember what you told it;
- a gold Bowl mark;
- early access to new models when we release them.
The price is shown at checkout. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to buy a membership. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details. If we ever stop offering Bowl, we will tell members at least 30 days in advance.
Refunds
See our refund policy.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
