Refund policy

Within 14 days

If you change your mind within 14 days of buying a membership, email us and we will refund you in full. No reason needed.

After 14 days

We will also give a refund whenever the Australian Consumer Law requires one, for example if the membership is not as described.

Subscriptions

If your membership renews automatically, you can cancel at any time. You keep membership until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, or tell us that address. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
